queer men’s
SOMATIC BREATHWORK
*There are no psychedelics being served at this gathering.
Clear heavy energy, feel lighter, deepen connection, and leave inspired :)
Join fellow queer men for an evening designed to deepen connection and brotherhood. This intimate gathering offers a safe space to express, and share your thoughts and emotions.
Eddy Tony (me, lol), an experienced breathwork and meditation guide, will lead us through a transformative Somatic Breathwork journey.
The experience is curated to help you release stress and tension, reconnecting you with your heart and innermost thoughts. The event concludes with a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls. This relaxing experience will calm your nervous system, leaving you feeling light, refreshed, and inspired.
The benefits include:
Clearing the “cache” of the mind
Accessing deeper insight and inspiration
Bringing old traumas, thoughts, and memories to the surface for processing
Creating more mental and emotional space within
Reconnecting to the subtle sensations of the body
Improving breathing and lung capacity
Supporting mental, emotional, and spiritual hygiene
