Sacred Ceremony
Guided Psilocybin Ceremonies in Toronto
A profound journey of inner exploration
Sacred Ceremony is a masterfully facilitated psilocybin ceremony in Toronto designed as a structured, group-based psychedelic experience supporting emotional processing, clarity, and integration. Often described as psilocybin-assisted therapy or a psychedelic ceremony, the process prioritizes preparation, containment, and integration rather than peak experience alone.
Our Process
-
This guided preparation session for a psilocybin ceremony is designed to orient intention, review pre-ceremony practices, and prepare the nervous system for a safe and grounded psychedelic experience. Participants meet the group, review practical guidelines, ask questions, and explore personal themes to approach the ceremony with clarity and stability. For private clients, this is held as a 1:1 preparation call. A self-guided preparation workbook is included to support preparation before the ceremony.
-
An intentionally held group psilocybin ceremony in Toronto designed to support emotional release, insight, and reconnection. This guided psychedelic journey is structured and grounded, prioritizing safety, so the experience can unfold with clarity and stability. Often described as a psilocybin-assisted healing or psychedelic ceremony, the work is held with respect, containment, and care—supporting meaningful change rather than peak experience alone.
-
A guided integration sharing circle to process what emerged during the psilocybin ceremony and help the experience settle into daily life. This post-ceremony session supports refinement, insight stabilization, and nervous system grounding. For private clients, this includes three 1:1 post-ceremony integration calls. Participants may continue with additional 1:1 integration support, or—if ongoing private sessions aren’t accessible—use Eddy’s book, The Way In Is Through, as a self-guided integration resource to continue the embodiment process.

During a Sacred Ceremony, psilocybin works by temporarily reducing activity in the brain’s default mode network (DMN), a system associated with rigid thought patterns, rumination, and identity fixation. This shift increases neural connectivity and communication between brain regions, allowing new perspectives, emotional processing, and insight to emerge. As perception opens, individuals are able to access and explore deeply held emotions, subconscious patterns, and long-standing mental or emotional blocks with greater clarity and flexibility. For many, this process leads to a felt sense of insight, emotional release, and inner coherence. Some participants also report spiritual or transpersonal experiences as neurochemical activity reorganizes perception and meaning.
Because psychedelic states significantly increase sensitivity and suggestibility, expert facilitation and structured ceremonial guidance are essential. A well-prepared and carefully held psilocybin ceremony provides safety, containment, and integration support, reducing overwhelm and minimizing the risks of confusion or destabilization. Working with experienced guides allows the experience to unfold in a grounded, intentional way, supporting lasting personal growth rather than short-lived insight. Thoughtful preparation, skilled facilitation, and post-ceremony integration are what transform a psychedelic experience into meaningful, sustainable change.
“I’ve done two Sacred Ceremonies with Eddy now, and I can honestly say that both experiences were truly magnificent. Eddy creates an incredibly safe, warm and welcoming environment for you to embark on your journey. The curation of the whole ceremony is expertly crafted, and both experiences were incredibly transformative for me. I can’t highly recommend it enough.”

“It was like four years of therapy in four hours.”

Through a guided psilocybin ceremony, many individuals report a deeper connection with themselves and a clearer relationship to their inner world. As perception shifts, space opens for insight, emotional processing, and a more authentic way of engaging with life. For some, this brings a sense of clarity and calm; for others, it reveals where change is needed and how to move forward with greater honesty and self-direction.
In the months following a psychedelic ceremony, participants may experience shifts such as:
Greater self-awareness and a more stable sense of identity
Reduced engagement in self-sabotaging or habitual patterns
Increased emotional regulation and resilience
Improved clarity, focus, and decision-making
A renewed connection to the present moment
The ability to release past conditioning and unresolved emotional weight
Periods of creative flow and increased adaptability
A stronger sense of agency, responsibility, and ownership of life
While a psilocybin ceremony can open access to subconscious material and insight, lasting change depends on integration. There is no guaranteed outcome or passive transformation. Sustainable growth comes from engaging with what arises and applying integration tools over time. Preparation, support, and post-ceremony integration are what allow insight to translate into real-world change. The depth of transformation reflects the level of presence, responsibility, and follow-through each person brings to the process.

"I came to Eddy during a challenging time in my life and it was after our first bodywork session that I learned not only how amazing he is as a person, but how the work he does is incredibly healing and inspiring. I've done holistic bodywork, sacred medicine journey and online breath class and looking forward to what Eddy has to offer next!"
-Aisha Bentham
“I felt & released emotions that I've been suppressing throughout my life. A keystone moment of my life all thanks to your guidance and sacred journey, Eddy!”
-Vinh Le
“It was magical, therapeutic and life-enhancing. Having done ayahuasca before, I would say that your journey is very similar to ayahuasca , both in the feel of the journey (minus the discomfort of the purge) and the depth of the insights. I guess it's not only because of the magic of the mushroom, but because your guidance before and during the ceremony. Thank you again Eddy, I will do it again.”

“Eddy. Too much to say. You have brought me back from what was to be death (and please know I am not saying that lightly, especially). The plan was in place. That is why I tell you. You've reignited my purpose. I'm going to do my best, seeing what you've done. I saw You before I heard your story. I saw you in a way that only the trees, and the stars, and the monkeys looking down get to see you....I don't know why I received that privilege. But also only a fraction of you. Thank you. You taught me, or reminded me so much in 1 evening, that my whole perspective has changed.”

FAQs
-
The ceremony begins with an opening circle where participants are introduced, intentions are shared, and essential questions are addressed. A guided meditation follows to prepare the mind and body for the altered state. Sound tools are used to support energetic release, alongside live vocals to ground the space or invoke guiding energies, and a carefully curated musical score designed to support emotional movement and depth.
The majority of the journey unfolds with instrumentals, with participants resting on individual mats and wearing eye masks to support inward focus. The ceremony closes with a transmission, and sound bath. Fresh fruit is then offered for grounding, followed by a closing sharing circle to support integration and connection.
-
In a private journey, participants receive more individualized attention, and the session concludes with Holistic Bodywork, which includes clothed Thai massage, stretching, and compression.
In a group ceremony, participants experience a sense of unity, empathy, and connection. These ceremonies include opening and closing sharing circles, accompanied by fresh fruit and snacks. Group Ceremonies include a pre and post-ceremony Zoom call.
Both options provide valuable opportunities for deep self-understanding, and neither is inherently superior.

Sacred Ceremony is a single, masterfully held group psilocybin journey. It’s designed to support emotional release, insight, and reconnection in a ceremonial setting.
The Psychedelic Recode™ is a 9-week guided container built for full-system change. It includes preparation, two ceremonies, weekly check-ins, and integration so the shift becomes your new baseline in real life.
The Psychedelic Recode is priced appropriately because it’s designed to be done once. This is not a repeating experience, it’s a full collapse and recode of the outdated internal pattern that’s been running your life. When that structure changes, everything downstream improves.
The investment isn’t just for the 9 weeks. It pays dividends for the rest of your life.

We supply a comprehensive guide on preparing for the ceremony. It is recommended that 3-9 days before the event, participants follow a whole food diet free of processed foods to help clear both physical and mental clutter. Additionally, practicing breathwork and meditation during this period is advised to enhance the experience.
-
While some participants may encounter challenging states during the experience, these moments are often integral to self-awareness and emotional processing. The facilitator is equipped with a range of supportive tools, including energetic support, clearing techniques, breath guidance, vocal anchoring, and grounding practices to assist participants as needed throughout the journey.
-
Please ensure you have arranged transportation, as each participant must sign a safety agreement agreeing not to operate a motor vehicle for up to 12 hours after the session.
-
For safety and care considerations, this work is not suitable for individuals currently taking lithium or opioid medications, or for those with a history of psychosis, bipolar disorder, mania, or schizophrenia. With antidepressants, there is a risk of serotonin syndrome, which can be uncomfortable but typically subsides. We recommend discussing a plan to taper down your medication with your doctor or therapist.
While there are no contraindications with anti-anxiety medications, they may diminish the effects of psilocybin.

Not a frequently asked question, however, it is important to have awareness around:
Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder (HPPD) is a rare condition in which perceptual disturbances continue after the effects of a psychedelic substance have ended. While it can occur with various mind-altering substances, it is considered extremely uncommon.Across five years of facilitating monthly group ceremonies and weekly one-on-one sessions—approximately 1,380 sessions total—HPPD has not been observed in this practice. It was only raised when an individual shared a personal experience of developing symptoms years earlier following independent use, which have since improved.
In this work, only one participant has taken longer than typical—approximately one to two weeks—to feel fully grounded again. Most participants report returning to baseline, often with increased clarity or stability, within one to two days.
When integration feels challenging, it is usually related less to the medicine itself and more to how individuals relate to the emotions, insights, or life changes that surface afterward.

Take time to rest, recover, and rejuvenate for a day or two after the ceremony. You may experience decreased energy, a headache from mental processing, or feel emotionally drained for the next 24 hours. Some individuals may also feel scattered and confused. Continue following the dieta for an additional 3-9 days as your body detoxes, allowing your body and mind to recalibrate without worry—you are exactly where you need to be. Following his brother’s passing, Eddy traveled to Peru as a guest at a retreat center. During his time there, the team recognized his capacity for integration and invited him to train as a facilitator.
He accepted and went on to lead multiple retreats, working closely with Shaman elders in Peru over a six-month period. He later became the lead facilitator, supporting and training new facilitators as they joined the team.
From 2017 onward, his work continued to deepen.
During Ontario’s first lockdown, Eddy curated a personal ceremonial process that clarified how to work with psilocybin in a more precise, intentional, and integrated way. Since then, he has facilitated journeys for over a thousand individuals, earning trust through a grounded, structured, and integration-focused approach.
“Thank you so much for our incredible experience. You held IMPECCABLE space for us. I had no idea there was so much to purge, and it was your perfect prompt that helped me unlock it. So much ancestral energy left my system, and was replaced with tears of gratitude for family members on both sides. I feel my throat and expression is more open as a result. The 12 beliefs process was also incredibly powerful, especially the way you guided it, and included experiences from your own courageous journey. I am sure even more benefits will keep present themselves over time, it was a pivotal experience!”

“I can’t express my gratitude enough for facilitating one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. There were a lot of different things that I felt I learned throughout, the major being this absolutely beautiful understanding and knowing of oneness and connectedness. I feel that it’s something that I have always understood, but to experience that on a visceral level was a whole different story. My deepest gratitude for you and what you offer the world. I have passed your information along to many friends that I know would gain so much out of what you facilitate.”

“Thank you so much for sharing your story and holding space for this transformative experience. Easily one of the best decisions I have made without any resistance in 2020. This journey felt very familiar energetic-wise-- as in being welcomed back to shed these other layers and gain a better understanding of what was first shown me in my previous trip. Thanks Eddy for all you do!”

A final note from Eddy Tony
The ceremony can be deeply transformative, and it can also be challenging. At times, discomfort may surface as old patterns and emotions rise into awareness.
Lasting change takes courage. It also takes consistency. What opens in ceremony becomes real only through how you meet your life afterward.
My priority is to hold a safe, grounded, and supportive space so you can move through the experience with stability and clarity. The result is a stronger inner compass, cleaner decisions, and change that holds in daily life.
