Having served as a dedicated facilitator and integration coach at a Plant Medicine Centre in Peru (2017), I am delighted to bring my wealth of experience and passion for this transformative work back to my current hometown of Toronto, Ontario. Over the years, I have been privileged to guide and support over a thousand individuals on their unique healing journeys, earning their trust and confidence in my expertise and commitment to their personal growth. I am the author of The Way In Is Through, a best seller inner development memoir. My work has supported a wide range of individuals, including seekers, mothers, fathers, and founders of large companies. I host private ceremonies in my hard loft space, which is home to Sofiya, a living green wall that reflects my love for nature, simplicity, and conscious design.
