I went from being a restaurateur and nightclub owner to living my purpose.

My path to healing began long before I knew I would devote my life to it. Growing up in a Lao-Thai immigrant family as a gay kid in a small Ontario town taught me how to read people’s emotions, move through unspoken rules, and understand the inner conflicts we learn to silence. My mother was Catholic, my father Buddhist, and I grew up holding both the tension and the wisdom of two spiritual worlds.

After ten years in the restaurant and nightlife world, a health crisis changed my path. I turned toward wellness and opened a boutique fitness studio. There, I saw how deeply people were craving connection, genuine change, and a healthier relationship with themselves.

The sudden loss of my brother pulled me into deeper introspective work. It led me to breathwork, Eastern medicine, and Indigenous healing traditions. After a two-and-a-half-year sabbatical focused on study, travel, and rebuilding from within, my direction became clear. I knew my role was to help others understand and navigate their inner world.

Today, in Toronto, I offer a private urban retreat for people ready to release emotional stress, reconnect to their bodies, and rebuild from the inside out.

This work is an honor. Every transformation reminds me why I began.
